What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  • Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If a product is found to have a defect from manufacturing please email info@vampery.com within 7 days of receipt explaining the problem so we can make it right. Please include a photo of any damage if applicable. We will then provide further instructions depending on the situation. Unless otherwise specified, all apparel products are custom-made after receiving your order and confirmation of payment. After production has started changes can not be made. We can not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on apparel items. Our shirts are made to order. Once your order has been submitted, we do not accept size change requests.  

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? 

 

  • Yes. We ship worldwide. Please be aware that customs has the ability to hold your package for as long as they want. Vampery cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected mail, or for the actions of customs after leaving the U.S. Vampery is not responsible for taxes, tariffs, or additional charges placed on your package once it is in your country. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

 

  • Most orders are processed in 3-5 business days. On rare occasions an order may take 7-10 days to process. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will not start processing until the next business day. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 
  • U.S. apparel orders normally arrive in 2-7 business days after the ship date. Tracking is provided via USPS. 
  • International orders: Please allow 2-8 weeks after ship date for your order to arrive as ship times vary by region. Tracking is provided vis USPS First Class International. 

 

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What can I do? 

 

  • Vampery cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. 
  • You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen mail. 

 

Why does my t-shirt/crop/tank smell like vinegar?

  • The DTG printing process which we use can sometimes leave a vinegar-like odor on the printed item. Not to worry! The smell should go away after the first wash. Flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold, dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! Either should get rid of any residual odor.
